XXVIII Mexican Congress of Robotics
Formatting requirements, submission guidelines, and review/publication conditions for XXVIII COMRob 2026.
Important (blind review and page limit)
- For review purposes, papers are limited to 6 pages and must be submitted in blind format: DO NOT include author or institution information.
- Author and institution information must be added in the final version, once the paper has been accepted.
- All papers submitted to XXVIII COMRob 2026 must be written in English or Spanish and use a two-column, letter-size format, following the IEEE conference template.
- All accepted papers will be considered for publication in the proceedings of XXVIII COMRob 2026.
- The process has begun so that accepted and best-rated papers written in English may be considered for publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Accepted papers must complete an IEEE eCopyRight, and similarity checking will be performed using IEEE CrossCheck. These instructions will be sent to the corresponding author as the process advances.
- The paper must be submitted through the platform.
- All papers must be submitted in PDF format with the information requested by the system.
- For publication purposes in the Congress, all accepted papers are limited to 6 pages.
- If the paper is accepted, at least one author must register as a Presenter and present the paper according to the date and time established by the Scientific Committee.
- If the presenter cannot attend the presentation, they must ensure that the paper is presented by a qualified colleague.
