REGISTRATION INFORMATION

XXVIII Mexican Congress of Robotics

Dear attendees of the XXVIII Mexican Congress of Robotics (COMRob 2026), below you will find information related to the registration process.

Quick Guide

  • Check the applicable fee according to your category (presenter, student, etc.) on Fees.
  • IBERO students or faculty members should consider a 10% discount on the corresponding fee.
  • If you are a Presenter-Author, please have the ID number(s) of your accepted paper(s) ready.
  • The Student Presenter fee includes ONE accepted paper for presentation.
  • The Researcher/Professional Presenter fee includes TWO accepted papers for presentation and the possibility of ONE paper to be published in IEEE Xplore (if the corresponding registration and paper acceptance are obtained).
  • If a presenter exceeds the included number of papers, they must pay $2,500.00 MXN per extra paper:
    • Student Presenter: maximum total of 2 papers.
    • Researcher/Professional Presenter: maximum total of 3 papers.
  • If you require an invoice, please have your complete billing information ready.
  • For logistical purposes (final technical program, gala dinner, welcome kit), registration is requested by:
    • Presenters: no later than October 2.
    • Other attendees including gala dinner and kit: no later than October 15.

To avoid invoicing errors, a CSF (Tax Status Certificate) must be sent to the designated email addresses.

Attach as applicable:

  • Payment receipt (PDF or image).
  • If Student: proof of enrollment / student status (PDF).
  • If IEEE discount applies: proof of active IEEE membership.
  • If IBERO Student/Faculty: proof of affiliation (PDF) for the 10% discount.

NOTE 1
Please remember to update your paper in the required format (preferably 6 pages), adding authors, acknowledgments (if applicable), and addressing the reviewers' comments. The final version must be uploaded to the platform no later than October 15, 2026.

Authors of papers selected to be submitted to IEEE Xplore will be contacted soon.
