Sponsorship for the congress may be reflected according to the contribution made.
The following sponsorship options and associated benefits are available for the XXVIII Mexican Congress of Robotics (COMRob 2026).
Sponsorship Options
Amounts are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and correspond to the minimum contribution for each option.
(a) Basic Sponsorship
$5,000 MXN- Conference registration and admission for 1 person.
- Your company logo on the conference website.
- 1 pass for the gala dinner.
(b) Sponsorship with Booth
$15,000 MXNIncludes everything in package (a), plus:
- Basic booth space (2 x 1 m area).
- 1 table and 1 chair.
(c) Plus Sponsorship
$25,000 MXNIncludes everything in package (b), plus:
- Second registration (2 people total).
- Second gala dinner access (2 passes total).
- Your company logo on at least one item in the welcome kit (notebook or backpack).
(d) Premium Sponsorship
$35,000 MXNIncludes everything in package (c), plus:
- Your company logo on the conference certificates/recognitions (awarded to presenters).
- Possibility of delivering a promotional talk, scheduled in the conference program.
- If screens are available in the common area, your logo will appear in the generated video sequence.
Important Notes
For all the above cases, a tax receipt will be issued for the contribution received. The Mexican Association of Robotics and Industry A.C. (AMRob) is not registered as a donor-authorized organization/institution, therefore the contribution cannot be processed as a donation. The economic contribution must be made by bank deposit or transfer to the AMRob account. If a donation certificate is required, this concept will be reviewed directly with Universidad Iberoamericana (Ibero).
Starting from option (b), if you plan to bring exhibition equipment, please send us your space requirements and any other technical considerations.
